The Fair Pricing Pledge
We believe fair pricing should work both ways.
Beef and other food costs rise and fall with commodity markets. When our costs rise significantly, our prices may need to rise with them. But when those costs come back down, we believe our customers should benefit too.
That’s why we intend to review our pricing regularly—and adjust it both up and down when changing ingredient costs warrant it.
Our goal is simple: charge a fair price for great food while keeping Chuck-Filet healthy enough to serve you for many years to come.
The Quality Ingredients Pledge
Great food starts with great ingredients.
We will work relentlessly to source the cleanest, purest and highest-quality ingredients that are practical for the food we serve.
From our Glyphosate-Free buns to our pure Kobe blend burger meat, from potatoes and onion rings fried in beef tallow to the marinades, toppings and ingredients that make each Chuck-Filet item unique, we will continually search for the very best ingredients we can find.
We won’t always choose the cheapest option.
We’ll choose the ingredients we’re proud to serve to you, your family, your friends and our own families.

Quick service shouldn’t mean ordinary service.
We pledge to keep dreaming up better ways to make your experience at Chuck-Filet easier, faster, friendlier and more enjoyable—from the moment you arrive until the last bite is gone.
That means great people, thoughtful technology, genuine hospitality and attention to the little things.
Our goal isn’t simply to provide great service for a fast-food restaurant.
Our goal is to create the best quick-service experience we can dream up.
The Team Member Pledge
Great restaurants are built by great people.
- We pledge to treat every Chuck-Filet team member with respect, fairness and appreciation for the role they play in our success.
- We will work to create a place where people enjoy coming to work, are paid fairly for the value they create, are given the tools and training to succeed, and have real opportunities to learn, grow and take on greater responsibility.
- As Chuck-Filet grows, we want our team members to grow with us.
